RULES

Eligibility

• Must be 18 years of age or older, or have parent/guardian permission.

• Open worldwide where permitted by law.

• Void where prohibited.

Submission Rules

• One song submission per ticket purchased.

• All genres are welcome.

• Submissions must be original works.

• MP3 and WAV formats accepted.

• Maximum song length: 10 minutes.

• Submissions must be received before the submission deadline.

• Participants must own or control all rights necessary to submit the content.

• Entries containing unauthorized copyrighted material may be disqualified.

Judging

Submissions will be reviewed by the official judging panel:

• John Monopoly

• DJ Pharris

• Flossy The Boss

• KD (1st of 15th)

Judges will evaluate entries based on:

• Songwriting & Creativity

• Performance & Delivery

• Production Quality

• Commercial Potential

• Overall Impact

All judging decisions are final.

No appeals will be accepted.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ownership of Music & Intellectual Property

Participants retain 100% ownership of their music, lyrics, compositions, master recordings, publishing rights, copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual property submitted to The Industry Spotlight Challenge.

Submission of music to the competition does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to Feeturre LLC.

Feeturre LLC does not claim ownership of submitted music and does not acquire any publishing rights, master rights, royalty interests, copyright interests, trademark rights, or ownership interests solely as a result of participation in the competition.

All intellectual property rights remain with the original creator(s) and rights holder(s).

Promotional License

By entering the competition, participants grant Feeturre LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, stream, share, promote, advertise, reference, and publicly showcase submitted content solely for purposes related to:

• Competition administration

• Judging

• Marketing and promotion of the competition

• Winner announcements

• Feeturre platform promotion

• Historical archives of competition participants and winners

This promotional license does not transfer ownership of the submitted work.

Prize Distribution

Prize values are advertised in XRP-equivalent amounts.

Due to platform functionality, prizes may initially be distributed in FEE tokens through the Feeturre ecosystem.

FEE is the utility token used within the Feeturre platform ecosystem.

Winners may choose to retain FEE tokens or transfer, exchange, or convert them through supported XRP Ledger (XRPL) tools and wallets.

At Feeturre's sole discretion, prize payouts may be distributed in FEE tokens, XRP, or a combination thereof.

Feeturre may voluntarily assist winners with wallet setup, token transfers, XRPL transactions, and conversion processes but assumes no responsibility for user actions or third-party platforms.

FEE Token Disclosure

FEE is a utility token designed for use within the Feeturre ecosystem.

Participation in this competition should not be interpreted as an investment opportunity, securities offering, financial product, investment contract, or solicitation of investment activity.

Participants acknowledge that digital assets may fluctuate in value and carry risk.

Digital Asset Risk Disclosure

Digital asset values may increase or decrease at any time.

Participants acknowledge that:

• FEE token value may fluctuate.

• XRP value may fluctuate.

• Market conditions may change between winner announcement and prize redemption.

• Blockchain transactions may involve delays, fees, slippage, or market impacts.

Feeturre LLC makes no guarantees regarding future value, liquidity, exchange availability, market pricing, or conversion rates.

Feeturre LLC shall not be liable for any gains, losses, depreciation, appreciation, taxes, fees, market movements, or valuation changes occurring before, during, or after prize distribution.

Wallet Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for:

• Wallet creation

• Wallet security

• Seed phrase protection

• Private key management

• XRPL account management

• Destination tags

• Transaction verification

• Token transfers

• Account recovery

Feeturre LLC shall not be liable for lost wallets, lost seed phrases, mistaken transactions, incorrect wallet addresses, lost credentials, or user errors.

Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

The competition is void where prohibited by law.

Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Participant Representations

By entering the competition, participants represent and warrant that:

• They own or control all rights necessary to submit the content.

• Their submission does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

• Their submission does not violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual property rights.

• All information provided is truthful and accurate.

Judging & Winner Selection

All judging decisions are final.

Feeturre LLC and the judging panel reserve sole discretion regarding scoring, rankings, tie-breakers, disqualifications, and winner selection.

No appeals, disputes, challenges, or reviews of judging decisions will be accepted.

Publicity Release

By entering the competition, participants grant Feeturre LLC permission to use their:

• Name

• Artist name

• Likeness

• Biography

• Social media profiles

• Submitted content

• Promotional materials

for advertising, publicity, winner announcements, media releases, social media campaigns, and competition promotion without additional compensation.

Taxes

Participants and winners are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes, reporting obligations, duties, or governmental fees associated with prizes, digital assets, or competition participation.

Feeturre LLC does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release, indemnify, and hold harmless Feeturre LLC, FH Holdings LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, judges, sponsors, partners, and representatives from any claims, disputes, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, injuries, or causes of action arising from:

• Competition participation

• Prize distribution

• Digital asset transactions

• Wallet usage

• Blockchain activity

• Technical failures

• Service interruptions

• Platform outages

• User errors

• Third-party services

Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel

Feeturre LLC reserves the right to:

• Modify competition dates

• Modify prize structures

• Change judges

• Update rules

• Update terms

• Verify eligibility

• Disqualify fraudulent or abusive participants

• Suspend or cancel the competition if required due to legal, technical, operational, security, or business considerations

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Arizona.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, submitting content, participating in the competition, or accessing competition-related services, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

• Complete song rather than unfinished demos

• Original production and performances

• Proper song title and artist information included
