Feeturre LLC (“Feeturre,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a technology platform that enables Users to access marketplace infrastructure, custodial Wallet functionality, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

The iOS application permits login to existing accounts but does not permit account creation.

Where required by Applicable Law, regulatory obligations, risk management protocols, or Platform policy, Feeturre may require Users to undergo identity verification.

Identity verification is conducted through one or more independent third-party Identity Verification Providers.

Token purchases made using fiat currency are processed by independent third-party payment processors.

Feeturre may receive limited transactional information, including:

  • Token balances reflected in custodial Wallets

Public blockchain networks are:

  • Cryptographically secured

Public blockchain records are permanent and cannot be deleted or modified by Feeturre.

Because blockchain records are permanent and publicly accessible, Users should not submit personal information to public blockchain transactions
